Our Pursuits
Solve your greatest business challenges through our nature-based experiences across the UK and internationally.
“Jack organized a perfect retreat for Kita in the UK countryside – just the right balance of team bonding and annual company strategy setting.”
~ Racheal Notto, Kita Earth
We create three types of experience, depending on your ambition.
MULTI-DAY RETREATS
/ e.g. Scotland
We work in staggeringly beautiful English and Scottish environments, home to a huge diversity of flora and fauna, and protecting some of the most delicate ecosystems in the world like temperate rainforests and Caledonian pinewoods.
We have access to a number of land estates and nature projects, from which we can create entirely bespoke itineraries that combine your business’s content with outdoor activities like sea kayaking, hiking and phenomenal, locally-sourced meals.

Perfect for:
> Remote-first team retreats
> Leadership development programmes
ONE DAY / OVERNIGHT OFFSITES
/ e.g. Norfolk
We have curated a network of premium land estates, many of which are nationally-acclaimed wildlife & nature restoration projects. We combine outdoor learning activities with your own colleague or client workshops, and can arrange additional volunteering activities to meet your audience’s needs.
Many of these locations can be combined with an overnight ‘retreat’ to create a more immersive experience.

> Graduate learning days
INTERNATIONAL RETREATS
/ e.g. Kenya; Bali
We work internationally, visiting the global frontiers of sustainability and conservation, inspiring teams through challenge and unique experience with local cultures and communities.
Additionally, each year we run a flagship event to ascend the lesser-climbed Mt Kenya, followed by a four-day safari, conservation & community experience. Learn more here.

How we work with you.
It is time-consuming searching for venues, creating meaningful agendas and finding high quality activities & facilitators.
- We meet with you to develop a deep understanding of your objective(s) for the experience
- We understand any specific themes / topics you are driving as a business to build into the agenda
- We develop a bespoke, tailored itinerary
It is a convoluted task managing catering, transport and other logistics, whilst ensuring value for money and reliability.
- We book & brief local suppliers, experts, external facilitators & outdoor activities
- We arrange additional requirements like photography / videography, nature-related merchandise and branding for the event
- We ensure your business team is logistically-prepared
Things naturally go wrong with events; by being onsite, we manage the event discreetly and build in contingency to ensure success.
- We convene suppliers & ensure the groups’ travel to site is seamless
- We remain discreetly onsite to manage the event and ensure smooth execution throughout
Create a vision for your own event.

“Climate Pursuits is my new favourite way to travel. My trip to Scotland with them was filled with firsts - my first sleeper train, my first bothy experience, my first seal sighting! I cannot wait to come back and learn more about beautiful Scotland! Thank you Climate Pursuits!”

“The overnight contrast between the busy-ness of London and the untouched wilderness of Scotland underscores the abundant natural endowment we have - but often fail to recognise and treasure - in what is almost literally our backyard. The good news is it only takes one Climate Pursuit to put all of that into perspective.”
